The Railway Recruitment Board announced the RRB JE CBT 1 result 2025 on the official website of RRB. Candidates who have appeared for the exam and want to check their results can visit the respective regional websites of RRB where they applied.
About Exam:
The CBT 1 exam was held on 16 December, 17 and 18, 2024 at various examination centers across the country. The duration of the examination was 90 minutes and included 100 questions.
JE CBT 1 question paper, reactions and answer keys were released on 23 December and the objection window was closed on 28 December 2024.
Recruitment process:
The recruitment process will include the following stages: first phase computer-based test (CBT-I), second-step computer-based test (CBT-II), Document Verification (DV), and Medical Examination (Me).

“Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their qualifications and preferences. Candidates who score the cut off marks of their qualified priority categories in CBT-I will be considered against their eligible/qualification categories during the final shortlisting for document verification (DV) only after CBT-II results. The second phase for various posts of JE, DMS, CMA, CS & MS will be conducted soon for the provisionally shortlisted candidates against CBT-II CEN No. 03/2024. The date of CBT-II will be informed in the appointed time, ”the official notification was mentioned.
With the result, the board has also released the cut off mark details for the recruitment examination.
The objective of this recruitment drive is to fill 7951 posts, 17 of which are for chemical supervisor / research and metallurgy supervisor / research and 7934 posts for Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent and Chemical and Metalgnical Assistant.
