IPRCL Manager Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For Deputation Candidates

• Maximum Age Limit: 57 years
• Experience: The candidate must have civil engineering or infrastructure development experience.
• Current Position: The applicant must be working as a Manager or above with a minimum gross monthly salary of Rs. 60,000.
• Company Turnover Requirement: The current organization should have a minimum sales turnover of Rs. 100 Crores in the financial year 2022-23.

For Contractual Appointment

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
• Experience: The applicant should have a strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• For Re-employment (Annual Contract Basis)
• Maximum Age Limit: 63 years
• Experience: Candidates must have retired from Railways, PSUs, or Government-controlled Joint Venture (JV) companies with experience in civil engineering or infrastructure development.

Salary for Manager (Civil) Post

• Should have worked at PB-2 GP 4600 (Pre-revised 6th CPC)
• Or at E-2 in IDA scale Rs. 20,600-45,600 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC)
• Revised to Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 under 3rd PRC
