Assistant Manager (HR):
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Science, Commerce, Arts, Humanities, or equivalent with MBA (HR) or equivalent degree
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
Age Restrictions:
- Manager (VAC & TVS): Up to 38 years
- Assistant Manager (HR): Up to 30 years
Salary for Manager and Assistant Manager
- Manager (VAC & TVS): ₹85,000 per month
- Assistant Manager (HR): ₹62,000 per month
