AAU is recruiting for three levels of faculty positions:

Professor: 39 posts

Associate Professor: 75 posts

Educational Qualification AAU Recruitment 2024

• Professor

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 10 high-quality publications, including research papers and books. The upper age limit is 55 years.

• Associate Professor

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field along with a Master’s degree securing at least 55% marks. The upper age limit is 45 years.

• Assistant Professor

Eligibility includes a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or a Ph.D. with coursework. Additionally, candidates must have cleared the NET (UGC/CSIR/ICAR) exam or have a Ph.D. Candidates should also have at least one publication in an NAAS-rated journal. The upper age limit is 35 years.
